    Gina is a registered psychologist who holds a masters degree in Clinical Psychology. She is a warm and approachable clinician who takes care to make her clients feel comfortable, supported, and empowered while exploring their concerns and developing goals.

    Gina has practiced in hospitals and out-patient health clinics, non-government organisations, and private practice environments. She is affiliated with the University of Queensland and Gallipoli Medical Research Foundation where she contributes to projects aimed at enhancing wellbeing in current and ex-serving Australian Defence Force members.

    While Gina has broad clinical interests, she is particularly interested in the following areas: depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, adolescent mental health, coping through life transitions, health management, men’s mental health, and emotional eating. Predominantly practicing from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) frameworks, Gina also draws from modalities such as Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to tailor treatment plans to her clients’ preferences and needs.
