Erika has been registered Clinical Psychologist since 2002, and is a full member and accredited supervisor for the APS College of Clinical Psychologists and is a registered Medicare provider. Erika has broad experience working with adults in public and private settings. She has worked a number of years in private practice providing assessment and treatment for a wide range of presenting problems.
Erika has a keen interest and advanced training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. This approach aims to help people learn skills to effectively manage painful feelings while working towards a fulfilling and meaningful life. Erika’s special interests include using evidence based treatment to work with people with: depression and other adjustment difficulties (including workplace stress); anxiety disorders (including panic attacks, social anxiety, phobias, and worry); and problems experienced during pregnancy and the post-natal period.
