Ronelle McConaghy is a compassionate and dedicated generalist psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, including First Nations People. She specialises in evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapies (CBT) and has a strong commitment to fostering emotional healing and resilience in her clients.
Recently relocated from Cairns, Ronelle brings a wealth of expertise in delivering individualised mental health care. Her approach is grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings, develop effective coping strategies, and work towards emotional well-being.
Ronelle is passionate about empowering individuals to regain control over their mental health and find hope in the face of adversity.
Whether supporting individuals coping with complex trauma or assisting those managing everyday stressors, Ronelle tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Her goal is to foster growth, understanding, and lasting change through a collaborative, client-focused approach.
