Telehealth is a form of online or over the phone therapy service that allows people to resume or take up new sessions with their Psychologist from the comfort of their home. Sessions will be conducted as they normally would but with the use of Skype or Zoom technology as to simulate a face to face session. Psychologists have taken to offering therapy via telehealth during COVID-19 Pandemic as we strive to protect you, ourselves and the community physically, whilst continuing to help people manage their emotional and psychological wellbeing.
