Towards Better Sleep is a group sleep programme designed for insomnia sufferers who want long term strategies to improve their sleep health. Based from our Morningside practice, the group programme is facilitated by Clinical Psychologist, Kathryn Smith and Psychiatrist, Dr Curt Gray and is held over 4 x 1 hourly evening sessions.The next program will commence on Thursday 19th October at 6pm.
