Put Insomnia to bed for the year


If you suffer from insomnia and would like it put it to bed for the year, consider Towards Better Sleep - a small group insomnia program held at Psychology Consultants, Morningside. The final group for the year will commence on 8th November and run over 6 weeks. The cognitive behavioural treatment programme has been effectively treating insomnia for over 15 years. Facilitated by Clinical Psychologist Kathryn Smith and Psychiatrist Dr Curt Gray the programme uses evidence based techniques meaning they have been scientifically proven to be effective in treating insomnia.
