Group therapy is a successful way to make long-term psychological change. In small groups each participant benefits from peer support and motivation, while also developing a close relationship with the facilitating psychologist.

- Radiance- Managing Body Image and Weight concerns with self-compassion
Towards Better Sleep -Group Insomnia Programme

Towards Better Sleep is a proven six session group program assisting people who suffer from insomnia and other sleep related problems. Conducted by consultant psychiatrist Dr Curt Gray, and clinical psychologist, Kathryn Smith, in groups of 9 or less the sessions run over six weeks and provide participants with proven techniques to effectively improve sleep.
The program costs $380 for four sessions. Participants require a referral to Dr Curt Gray to obtain a rebate of approximately $41.95 per session from Medicare. GPs can refer by downloading the direct referral form and more information can be found in our information for clients brochure.

Radiance- Self- Compassion for Eating and Weight Concerns
Radiance is a program designed for those with body image and weight concerns and and explores the role of self-criticism in maintaining eating, weight and body concerns among men and women. Held over 8 weeks the program aims to provide skills and information to improve body-image and healthy eating behaviour. Facilitate by Dr Kiera Buchanan and Dr Stan Steindl, the program is held by demand throughout the year and costs $65 per session.
